We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, tucked away in a hidden alley, provided a peaceful and secluded atmosphere in the midst of a bustling city. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, a well-stocked mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. We were impressed by the free toiletries provided, as well as the well-equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils. The electric kettle and AM/FM alarm clock were convenient additions, and the flat-screen TV and parquet floors added a touch of elegance. The breakfast served here was absolutely delightful, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
We highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Located just off a busy street in the heart of the city, this hotel is well-situated for travelers on the trans-siberian railway. the restaurant at the top of the building offers great views of the city and is a perfect place to enjoy a meal, and the spacious rooms are a welcome respite after a long journey.
The hotel lacks suitable facilities for disabled guests, which can be a significant inconvenience for some travelers.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with modern and updated amenities throughout. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and cafes in the center of this city. The breakfast was also a highlight of my stay, with delicious pre-ordered dishes served in the restaurant at the top of the building, providing great views over the city.
Nothing negative to say.

The hotel has a good Japanese Zen decoration, which makes the atmosphere very relaxing. The location is perfect, with pre-Soviet architecture on the street giving a little resemblance to Paris. We loved the warmable seat and bidet, which makes the bathroom experience more comfortable.
The minibar has highly priced bottled water. You have to pre-order breakfast and sometimes it can come out of your expectations.

Great Spa with relaxing massages and a fantastic Japanese restaurant which serves the best sushi I ever tried! the location is also spot on, with all the shops and tourist attractions nearby.
The price is quite high, and the staff was not very welcoming. the room was also quite small, and the air conditioning was not working properly, which made it hard to sleep at night.
